Principles

Four rules we refuse to break.

We wrote these down before we wrote any code. They're what the app isn't supposed to become, no matter how crowded the category gets.

Memory over novelty.

The app's job isn't to generate a new plan every week. It's to continue the one you're running — informed by what happened since.

Pull, never push.

No streaks to protect. No daily nudges. No cards to dismiss. Open the app when you train. Close it when you're done.

Fewer screens, more trust.

One home. One chat. One workout. One metrics page. You shouldn't need a tour to know where you are.

Your data, your model.

The coach reads your training history, not a generic playbook. What you log shapes what it suggests — yours, no one else's.
