For account, subscription, billing, or technical issues, email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.com. Include the email address you signed up with and the platform you're on (iOS or Android). We aim to reply within 7 days.
For privacy and data-rights requests (GDPR Articles 15-20, CCPA, deletion verification), the same address handles those — we'll route internally.
Subscriptions, cancelling, and refunds
ChatGymity is paid only — there's no free tier. Two plans: Standard and Pro. Both are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) depending on the device you signed up on. The store processes the payment; we don't see your card details.
Cancel a subscription
Cancellation goes through the store you bought from, not the app:
- iPhone / iPad: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on the device: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ChatGymity → Cancel.
- Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or open the Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChatGymity → Cancel.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges after cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by the store you purchased on, not by us:
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's standard policy is 90 days from the original charge for most reasons.
- Google: request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Google's self-serve refund window is 48 hours; older charges are reviewed by us — email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.com with your order ID.
- EU / UK residents: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law. Email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.com within 14 days of purchase to exercise it. Once you start using the digital service, the withdrawal right may be limited; we honour it on a case-by-case basis.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, training history, photos, and chat transcripts within seconds. Full details at /delete-account.
Data export & your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and similar regimes, you have the right to receive a copy of your data. Export it in-app: Settings → Your data → Export. The export is a ZIP with your training history, weight logs, body measurements, photos, and chat transcripts — re-importable via Settings → Your data → Import.
Under CCPA (California), residents can opt out of any “sale” of personal info. We don't sell personal info to anyone, but the opt-out is honoured anyway. Details at /privacy#ccpa.

Medical & safety disclaimer
ChatGymity is a fitness coaching app, nota medical service. Workouts and nutrition guidance are general — they don't substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. If you have an injury, chronic condition, or are pregnant, consult a doctor before starting or modifying any training programme. Stop and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms during exercise.
Common issues
Can't sign in
Sign-in uses Google or Apple. If it's failing: check your internet connection, force-quit the app and reopen, and confirm you're using the same provider you signed up with. Still stuck? Email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.comwith the email address you used and the provider, and we'll investigate.
I paid but my plan didn't update
Subscription status syncs from the store within a few seconds of purchase. If yours hasn't updated after a minute, force-quit the app and reopen — the app re-fetches subscription state on foreground. If the paywall is still showing, email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.com with the receipt number from the store and we'll reconcile manually.
The app crashed or won't open
Crashes are reported to us automatically (anonymous, no personal data). Most are fixed in the next release — make sure you're on the latest version of the app. If the issue is persistent, email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.com with your device model and OS version.
I want to change my email or login provider
Email nidal.nawatha@lootlift.comfrom the address on file. We'll verify the request and switch your account over once verified. If you can't access the original email, see /delete-account for the email-based identity recovery flow.
